Sends Registered Parameter Number Change event sequences.
It is a Source, and accepts no input connections.

Output
</h4>
(unlabelled) supplies events as determined from its control panel.
<BR>
(RPN settings are short event-sequences.  A complete sequence is sent
each time it is triggered.)
When there is a SetRPN element in a configuration being loaded, it outputs
a sequence with the current settings when loading is complete.

Control Panel
</h4>
<UL Type="none">
<LI> <B>Parameter</B> -- Sets the Registered Parameter to be changed.
The list displayed corresponds to the complete currently defined set.
Refer to your hardware documentation for those available in your setup.
(Changing the selection does not cause output.)
<LI> <B>Parameter Value</B> -- Sets the particular parameter level to be sent
(0-127) with default 'origin' selected automatically to be either 0 or 64
according to parameter selection.
Depending on the mode (below), changing the value may cause output.
<LI> <B>Mode</B> -- Pop- Up Menu:
<UL Type="none">
<LI> <B>Single</B> -- Single settings (with the current slider level) will be
emitted (only) each time the SEND button is clicked.
<LI> <B>When Set</B> -- A single setting is sent each time the slider is released.
<LI> <B>Continuous</B> -- Events are sent continuously while the slider is moved.
Avoid using this unless really necessary, as a fair deluge of events will be
generated!

<LI> <B>SEND</B> -- Emits a single setting sequence at the current slider level
(whatever the Mode).
<LI> <B>0</B> ...
<LI> <B>64</B> ...
<LI> <B>127</B> -- These three buttons send the current parameter at the labelled level.
<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;They do not affect any settings.
