      Release: 1.0.1 (final, x86, 06 January 1999)
========================================================================

Nerdkill is a freeware.
That's the point.

Reproduction, duplication, and diffusion of this software is authorized as long as you do not charge extra fee for the software and that the package remains complete, including this license text, the sources and the binaries.

Reproduction, duplication, and diffusion in the context of a business does not need my explicit authorization (and is even encouraged) as long as the previous rule is maintained, but notifying me with an e-mail note is definitively a best.

The package comes with sources. End-users or whatever entity may play with these sources, trash them, burn them, modify them, even compile them as you whish. The only limitation is that you do not use the given classes in another software (freeware, shareware or commercial or whatever). Authorization of re-use of classes, name or concept is not implicit and should be asked by e-mail before.

These few rules look definitively harmless to me. If you disagree, please drop me a note (the words of "naive" and "unuseful" spontaneously come to me when I write this text but well, that's life. Or maybe it's just that it's getting late right now.)

R'alf.
