This is a binary of Crypto Ancienne 2.0, a TLS library for pre-C99 systems,
featuring "carl" -- a curl-like HTTP and HTTPS command line downloader
utility. It was built for BeOS R5 on PowerPC with Metrowerks mwcc. The BeOS
port supports "only" TLS 1.2, but has all other features, including serving as
a proxy (use a tool like inetb to substitute for inetd or micro_inetd).

Because of unusual operating system limitations this tool had to be built
with compiler optimizations off, so you may need to disable timeouts with 'carl
-t' for many transactions to fully complete and some hosts may timeout anyway.
