This is not a single-session CD so a simple image will not suffice.  You need
to burn it as a 3-session CD, using the .cue file. In principle cdrdao can do
this but my drive seems to have buggy firmware. I ended up using "simplyburns"
under MacOS X to do the burn, and it works!

If DriveSetup under BeOS sees only a single "BeOS Tools" filesystem, you need
to burn it again.
